- During the consultation, the representative:
- Reviews project requirements in detail.
- Discusses project scope and timeline.
- Answers any client questions.

PROPOSAL & QUOTE
- Based on the consultation, WEB Systems creates a proposal
outlining:
- Project scope and timeline.
- Detailed budget breakdown (including design and engineering costs).
- Design proposal (if applicable).
- The proposal and quote are sent to the client for review.

DECISION & PRE -PRODUCTION
- Client reviews the proposal and quote.
- Client has the option to request clarifications or modifications.
- Upon client approval:
- A formal agreement is signed.
- If required, a site visit is conducted for complex projects.
- Full engineering design is finalised and sent to the client.

MANUFACTURING & DELIVERY
- WEB Systems begins manufacturing the custom system based on the approved design.
- Client receives updates on the manufacturing progress.
- Upon completion, WEB Systems arranges secure transportation to the client's site through their global logistics network.

INSTALLATION & TRAINING
- WEB Systems' approved installer partners handle the system installation.
- A dedicated crew is trained on system operation and proper care procedures.

PROJECT COMPLETION & SUPPORT
- Client receives final handover and system documentation.
- WEB Systems offers ongoing support services (optional, additional cost).
